Honourable Prime Minister Interaction With Students Of Schools (PAREEKSHA PE CHARCHA)

The students of Rayat International School from class VI to XII successfully watched the live telecast of Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He addressed the students on the topic-“PAREEKSHA PE CHARCHA” on 16th Feb,2018. Lakhs of students across the country joined the Prime Minister .The discussion focused on exams related issues such as exam stress, success and failure. The PM has suggested students to treat exams ‘Like a festival’. The students enjoyed and gained lot of knowledge during this interactive session.
Our Principal Ms Subha Rathore appreciated the efforts and motivated students to feel free from fear of exams and deliver their best.

INNOVATIVE WORKSHOP

A workshop to develop a scientific temperament among the students was conducted in RIS today in which students of class VI, VII, VIII and IX participated. Dr. Rohit Sharma professor IIT Ropar taught the students about innovation at the school level. The students will be provided with the funds for their innovative ideas as per the instruction of NITI Ayog.

Three students named Arshnoor Singh(IV E), Gurnoor Singh (IV E) and Anubhav Sharma (IX E) added another feather in the RIS cap by succeeding in attaining gold medal through their distinct performance at zonal level.(Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh) of international general knowledge Olympiad ‘2017-2018’.
Whereas many other students made a mark through their remarkable performance. The principal Mrs. Subha Rathor congratulated the winners and motivated them to excel more in future.

patriotic song

On 26th January 2018, students of Rayat International School performed a patriotic song “Har Karam Apna karenge Aye Vatan Tere Liye” at Balachaur .Students of class VI,VII and VIII participated in it. Twelve students sang with a melodious voice evoking the spirit of patriotism. Students were awarded with certificates and memento.
