MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS AT RAYAT INNOKIDS

Motherhood all love beings and end there. So Inno kids teachers and students celebrated Mother’s Day through various activities. Happy mother’s Day to all. 🌹🌹🌹🌹

God could not be everywhere So He created “MOTHERS”

The Kindergarten wing of RIS celebrated “Mother’s Day” on May 10, 2019 to show respect and express gratitude towards mothers. Tiny tots came up with the presentation of songs and short speeches to convey gratitude to their mom’s for their unconditional love. To mark this special day in their memory, kids prepared cards and did art & craft activities under the guidance of their class teachers. The children at RIS had smile on their faces with their special celebration of “Mother’s Day”.

Class Wise Essay Writing Competition

” The strokes of the pen need deliberation as much as the sword needs swiftness”
An English Essay Writing Competition was held for the students of std. IX to XII on 10th May 2019. The students were asked to write on the following toipics

Class Topic

IX i. Are we happier than our forefathers?
ii. World free from wars.

X i. Is going on A Study abroad worth it?
ii. Freedom of Press.

XI i. Mobile Phones: Necessity or Nuisance
ii. Child Labour: The worst from of child abuse.

XII i. Barriers to Empowerment of Women in India.
ii. Democracy vs Dictatorship.

The parameters for judging were students’s vocabulary, presentation and creativity. The purpose of the competition was to encourage the students to enhance their thinking and writing skills. The essays were well written by the students.

Inter House Mono-Acting Competition

Mono-acting is a very interesting art from which evolves both acting as well as intelligence. On 10th May, 2019, RIS held Inter-House Mono Acting Competition. There was participation from students of all houses grades 6th to 8th. Students participated enthusiastically performing acts of different leaders and teachers. Further more it made judging the event very difficult with tough competitions between the participants.
The winners of the Competition were as follows -:

Principal Mrs. Subha Rathore congratulated the winners and appreciated all extremely exceptional acts which made the show successful.

CBSE CLASS X RESULTS DECLARED CONGRATULATIONS!!!

It is a very proud moment for Rayat International School Railmajra as Rayatians have achieved another milestone in the field of academics, where students outshined in the board result of class X by CBSE.

Karanjot Kaur topped by scoring 95.3 % marks. Mehakpreet Kaur got second position with 94.1% marks and third position holder Diya Arora has scored 93.5% marks.

Total 151 students have appeared in CBSE X examinations out of which 12 students got more then 90% marks .

The Principal Mrs.Subha Rathore showed her extreme happiness on this 100% result of class X.She congratulated all the parents, faculty and students for their contributions.

Rayatians once again proved that they are the best.

ELECTIONS AT RIS

Be Bright Vote For What Is Right

Monday 6th May 2019 was Elections Day at RIS full of great zeal and energy. It’s the way we teach our children in school elections how to be citizens and the importance of their voice.
The campaigning fever was high among the students. The students casted their votes in a proper well-organised manner Social Science Department and Computer Science Department .

The students voted online as we are promoting Digital India and save Paper-save Environment.It was a great learning experience which cleared the concept of ‘Biggest Democracy of World’.

The school is an important arena for equipping younger people with both knowledge and engagement that could benefit the political system.

Principal Ms.Subha Rathore appreciated the efforts of social science department and also laid emphasis on learning by doing.

Continuing the traditional benchmark of success, students of Academic session 2018-19 of grade +2 brought laurels to RIS, when they produced exemplary result.
In Non-Medical , Tanishpreet Kaur scored 93% marks and stood first. Komaldeep Kaur scored 90.2% marks and grabbed second position. Rajveer stood third by scoring 87.8%.
In Medical, Gagandeep Kaur bagged first position by scoring 89.4%.Heena Sharma scored 75% and stood second. Harish Kumar scored 72.4% marks and achieved third position.
In commerce stream, Ishaar Garg scored 94% marks and grabbed the first position whereas Anuj Mehta scored 93% marks and stood second Ramandeep scored 92.8%marks and stood third. All the students worked hard and achieved good results.
Principal Ms.Subha Rathore congratulated parents, students and all staff members of the school for this great achievement.

STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTIONS

“Elections remind us not only of the rights but also the responsibilities of citizenship in a democracy.”
RIS is going to conduct elections in school on 6th May 2019 for the posts of
• HEAD BOY
• HEAD GIRL
• DEPUTY HEAD BOY
• DEPUTY HEAD GIRL
• SPORTS CAPTAIN (BOYS)
• SPORTS CAPTAIN (GIRLS)

In the process, many candidates from 11th and 12th class registered themselves for the above said posts and they prepared their manifesto for the future and made the school children aware of their future plans in today’s special assembly i. e on 2nd May 2019. As the Primary preparation has already begun where candidates are campaigning for themselves during Recess period. The atmosphere of the school is in election mode. The school elections are an opportunity for learning through practice for the first time .Students are going to vote online as we are promoting Digital India being a Microsoft School and an international school.

Through this process students are going to learn the latest transformation in election process. So, keeping the fingers crossed LETS’ VOTE!

LABOUR DAY CELEBRATION

The International Workers’ Day, also called as Labour Day, was celebrated at Rayat International School, Railmajra on 1st May 2019 with full zeal and enthusiasm .The event was organised by the Royal Incredible services- the young entrepreneurs’ club of RIS.
The students highlighted the historical events that contributed to the emergence of labour rights and the significance of the day in the present time through a mesmerising dance performance.
After the presentation by the students, the Principal Ms.Subha Rathore congratulated the workers and thanked them for their selfless services. She also felicitated workers the school for commendable service. She advised the workers to spare some valuable time for themselves and play some games so that they get rejuvenated and remain positive and vibrant.
The function culminated with a High Tea for the school work force and a group photograph.
